Located in the heart of East Harlem, Skindelush is just steps from the lively 125th Street corridor. We’re near the Apollo Theater, Marcus Garvey Park, and East River Plaza. Whether you're coming from The Bronx, Queens, or Downtown Manhattan, our studio is easy to reach by train, bus, car, or on foot.

Subway

  • 4, 5, 6 Trains: Exit at 125th Street (Lexington Ave). Walk east toward East River Plaza, home to Target, Costco, and Aldi.

  • 2, 3 Trains: Exit at 125th Street (Lenox Ave/Malcolm X Blvd). Walk east past The Studio Museum and Whole Foods.

Bus

  • M60 Select Bus Service: Runs along 125th Street with service from LaGuardia Airport and Columbia University. Exit at Lexington Avenue.

  • M100, M101: Travel across 125th Street with stops near our location.

  • Bx15: Connects The Bronx to Harlem via 125th Street and passes Harlem River Park.

Metro-North Railroad

The Harlem–125th Street Station (Park Ave & 125th St) offers regional service from Westchester, Connecticut, and The Bronx. Walk east past Marcus Garvey Park to reach us.

Driving Directions

From The Bronx: Take I-87 South (Major Deegan Expressway), exit at East 149th Street, cross the 3rd Avenue Bridge, and continue along 125th Street. Skindelush is near East River Plaza and Patsy’s Pizzeria.

From Queens: Take Grand Central Parkway west, merge onto the RFK (Triborough) Bridge, and exit onto 125th Street near Raoul Wallenberg Forest and the Harlem River Greenway.

From Downtown Manhattan: Take FDR Drive north, exit at 125th Street/Triborough Bridge, and merge onto 125th Street past The Africa Center and Museum of the City of New York.

Street parking is available but limited. Nearby parking garages include:

  • East River Plaza Parking Garage (520 E 117th St)

  • MPG Parking – 215 E 124th St (at 3rd Avenue)
