At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors with the best possible hair removal and skincare service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Skindelush experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that sometimes life gets in the way, which is why we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a more convenient slot for you, no questions asked. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you will lose your deposit.

Tardiness Policy

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Skindelush and make sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 7 minutes late, we may be able to reschedule your appointment for a different time but you will still be charged a $20 late rescheduling fee. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any possible disruption to our staff and other clients. Any appointments more than 7 minutes late will be canceled and 100% of the service deposit will be lost.

Health Waiver Policy

To ensure that proper health and safety precautions are taken, all health and waiver forms should be filled out 24 hours before an appointment, or the appointment will be canceled with no deposit refund.
