Cancellation Policy

At Skindelush, we appreciate your business and understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts arise. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service(s) booked. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@skindelush.com or through our online booking system. Cancellation fees are non-refundable but can be used as a credit for future appointments.
